All the products and services listed in the Dorometro Express catalogue for American Express credit Card Holders are available under the following terms and conditions:
4. Crediting of Dorometro Express points For every valid payment of £10 (in accordance with the conditions under 3. above), the Card Holder will be credited with 1 point. The total number of points accumulated per card will appear on the Card Holder's monthly statement of account, provided the account does not show any overdue payments. If any amount is credited to your account, excluding deposits and standing orders, (e.g. transaction reversals) the points will be adjusted accordingly. 5. Redeeming the points To claim any vouchers or gifts, the Card Holder must fill out the special 'Point Redemption Coupon' provided in the Dorometro Express catalogue. Once the Card Centre receives this coupon, and provided all the Dorometro Express conditions are met, the Card Centre will send the main Card Holder a 'Gift Delivery Order'. The special claim coupons are provided on the last pages of this catalogue. Should you require additional coupons, please call the Card Centre, Customer Service Department at tel. 22847788, or the American Express Card Holder Customer Service at tel. 8000AMEX (2639), or simply photocopy the last available coupon i this catalogue. Dorometro Express points can be redeemed for the products and services listed in this catalogue up to two months after the subsequent catalogue is issued. All Dorometro Express 'Point Redemption Coupons' for products or services from a given catalogue must be submitted to the Bank of Cyprus within two months after the new catalogue is issued. A coupon is valid for two months from the date of issue. Dorometro Express points can only be redeemed for vouchers that are accepted by the merchants listed in the current catalogue. Dorometro Express points cannot be exchanged for cash or any other financial gain. Points are not transferable from one person's card account to that of another. The Bank of Cyprus may deny an application for the redemption of points, if the terms and conditions governing the use of American Express cards have been violated, or if there is no card in circulation, or if the account has been closed, or if any payments are overdue, or for any other reason. If a bank account is closed while the Dorometro Express scheme is still valid, the Card Holder will not be able to redeem any accumulated points. Any unredeemed points will automatically expire. 6. Transfer of points All Dorometro Express points that have not been redeemed by the time this catalogue expires will be automatically carried over and can be used in connection with the next catalogue. 7. Debit authorization If vouchers as in the catalogue are issued upon payment of an additional amount, the application for redemption of points is regarded as an authorization to debit the respective American Express card. No other form of payment will be accepted. 8. Acceptance of vouchers for items that are on sale or on special offer Certain merchants that are participating in the Dorometro Express scheme accept, while other do not accept vouchers for items that are on sale or on special offer. 9. Amendment of terms and conditions The Bank of Cyprus reserves the right to amend the above terms, to cancel or alter the Dorometro Express scheme at any time. In case the complete scheme is cancelled, Card Holders who have accumulated several points in order to claim vouchers will have the opportunity to do so. 10. The Bank of Cyprus bears no responsibility if any provider in the Dorometro Express scheme withdraws or cancels his product, or if any merchant participating in the scheme refuses to accept one or more vouchers, or withdraws entirely from the scheme. 11. The offers listed in the Dorometro Express catalogue are subject to availability of such products and services. The Bank of Cyprus reserves the right to eliminate any items or replace them with others of equal, greater or lesser value, as deemed necessary, without prior warning. 12. Every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of the information provided in the catalogue. The Bank of Cyprus bears no responsibility for any possible mistakes or omissions. 13. The Bank of Cyprus bears no responsibility for the delivery of a product or provision of a service once the 'Gift Delivery Order' has been sent to the correct address as provided by the client. 14. All the brands and logos are the property of their legal owners. The return of cash, gifts, points and the exchange of gifts is not permitted. |
