How to Obtain Points

You earn 1 point for every CYP10 you charge to the Card.

Points Without Expiry Date

Your points earned with American Express Card, if not redeemed, are automatically transferred for future use whenever you choose.

Point Redemption

You can redeem the points you have collected in Dorometro Express. All American Express Card Members who are also holders of any other Bank of Cyprus Card may redeem the total number of points collected on all cards from the products and services offered in Dorometro Express.
You can redeem your points through Dorometro Express with gift vouchers offering you complete freedom to select the goods or services of your choice.
The gift vouchers can then be redeemed at the retailers participating in this programme.

You may redeem your points with one or more gift vouchers.
There is no limit to your choices, as long as you have the necessary points.
You decide when and how to use up your points, by redeeming them for gift vouchers.
By redeeming points for one or more vouchers, you will keep points you have not used, which will keep increasing with your future transactions.

If you have decided to redeem your points for a gift voucher at a specific retailer and the voucher offered requires more points than what you have, you can be flexible.
With the points you have at your disposal and with a small charge to your American Express Card account you can obtain the gift voucher you have chosen.

Information on Available Points

Your monthly American Express Card statement will show your total number of available points. You can also find out the total number of available points at any moment through the Direct Banking Service (by telephone, Internet or WAP). You are therefore able to acquire a product or service available to you through Dorometro Express.
